The fee for UG courses at KL University is ( for the whole course)
B.E./B.Tech: INR 6.6 L - 10.6 L
MBA/PGDM: INR 6 L - 12 L
BCA: INR 6.6 L
BBA: INR 6.6 L
B.Sc.: INR 6 L
This excludes INR 3.92 - 5.21 Lakh for the hostel fee for the whole course and INR 15,000 one-time payment i.e., admission fee.

To be eligible for admission, to KL University Hyderabad's B.Tech program, applicants must have earned a 60% grade in their 10+2 coursework. The results of the KLEEE, TS EAMCET, JEE Main, and JEE Advanced exams are used to determine the B.Tech. candidate pool.

The fee for the M.A. in Communication (Media Practice) at the Department of Communication, University of Hyderabad, is approximately
Tution Fees (for 2 years): Rs17.4 K
Hostel Fees (for 2 years): Rs 5600
One time fees: Rs2340
The fees for the M.A. in communication (Media Studies) is also the same. This fees structure keeps on changing each other so it is recommended to visit the institute website for the latest fess structure.

Yes, you have a great chance to be admitted to the Department of Communication, University of Hyderabad, for the M.A. programme with 220 marks in CUET-PG but it also depend on the interview score as 40% of the final score depend on the interview conducted by the university of Hyderabad.
The admission to M.A. programme at UoH is completely subject to the scores obtained by the students in the CUET (PG) exam and interview.
