Under this Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships for College and University Students, support is currently provided to top meritorious students who pursue higher education. INSPIRE Scholarship by Department of Science and Technology is aimed towards students excelling in science. States also have their own merit-based scholarships. Yes, you can choose the correspondence / Private option there from the board so that you don't need to attend the class regularly & the fees are less compare to regular. My suggestion is to go with NIOS so that you have subject wise option along with on demand exam option with 4 times in a year rest is on your decision.

Candidates can appear in JEE Main irrespective of their percentage in class 12. Candidates must note that there is no requirement for JEE Main eligibility marks in 12th for appearing in the exam. The eligibility criteria of 75% marks is applicable only at the time of taking admission to the institute. Only those candidates who have passed the Class 12/equivalent examination in 2022, 2023, or appearing in 2024 are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2024. Results for Classes 10 and 12 can be confirmed with the Board of High School and Intermediate Education UP. using the upmspresults.up.nic.in official website. The Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets can be verified online by UP Board Allahabad.
