In the private college, no doubt that there is awesome study environment and there is lot more to do, but in the government college, placements is much better than any private college, and there you will get enough time to study and also to learn new skills that is more important in the CSE field.

See, the placement of this college is better than all the colleges in the vicinity of this NCR region and the thing that is about placements that is due to low demand of this stream in India.

Through counselling, this can't be possible. You will definitely get a college, but those college are just a place where you will only get a degree and nothing else. So, I'll prefer you to go to the top private college and there get admission through management quota.

In the fee waiver scheme, your college's tuition fee is only waived off, instead of that, I'll prefer you to fill the scholarship form, and then your approximately 80% marks college fees will be refunded to you.

Dear,
There are very little chances for you to get good government colleges. You can easily get admission in top private colleges. But if you really want a government college then you can try in some low-class government colleges.
