It depends on the type of institutions you are studying in or want to take admission as in the government college the fees is low but in the private college the fees is high but both are affiliated to AKTU.

It depends on the college in which you are taking admission in as in the private college the fees is exorbitantly high and in the government college the fees is moderate and in that also you might get the scholarship that would result in the very low fees.

Chances of getting Government College in the B.Tech is very low, but you can get the B.Arch in any of the government or in the semi-government college.

No, at this rank, you can't get any of the government college as the closing rank of the government colleges is 15k itself.

See, if you don't have any branch preference, then you can easily get any of the government colleges but if you have the branch preference, then in the top colleges you might not get the admission.

You can get CIPET Lucknow at this rank in the Lucknow region that have good placements and fame.

It should be less than 500 rank. Only then, you would be able to get the CS branch in the IET Lucknow.

You can easily get IET Lucknow, KNIT Sultanpur, BIET Jhansi you can also get college other than these but these college are the topmost colleges under UPSEE.

Yes, you can get the IT in the 3rd round of the counselling but in case you don't get that in the 3rd round also, then go for the spot round. At that time, you will definitely get that college.
