At this rank, I don't think you will get IET. There are only 60% chances that you'll get IET.

Yes, you get good colleges at this rank. Colleges such as MJPRU, BBD, Galgotia and maybe CSJMU too.

Yes, you can get IET and KNIT both, but not BIET.
