Firstly, don't lose hope. It does not matter even if you have not appeared for any competitive exams. You can seek admission in science or commerce or humanities or liberal arts. What subject interests you? You must take this subject for graduation.

You have to fulfill the eligibility of date of birth fixed by UPSEE every year so if your date of birth came under last date of birth then you can sit in the exam.
But, as per as central government, from next year there is no UPSEE no WBJEE, so wait for the government decision as this is not final decision as many states board objected this decision.

According to the notification and dates mentioned in information bulletin, results of UPSEE are out on the 1st Week of the June till now you can check college details by college predictor by Shiksha.
