With this marks you will not get admission in a government college in UP as there is a requirement of rank below 30000 which is only possible with more than 250 marks. You should try in any other college.

UPTU sets preference only to UP students and all the students from another state have only general category. They allow all the students under general category and no scholarship to any one outside of the UP state.

Why do you want to know the syllabus as the time is over? The exam will be held on 16th April. I hope you put your best in it.
