Yes, girls rank is considered but only in 1st round if counselling. For information, check official website of AKTU. Here, you will get full information about counseling process.

HBTU is no longer a part of UPTU since 2017, try to take admission on the basis of JEE Mains score card. For further information visit HBTU official website.

No, you can't choose, Try to take direct admission in B.Pharma in reputed institutes.

University ki degree ya education exam base par nai hoti, university k khud ke recognition par hoti hai. Agar pvr hai to pvt aur agar government hai to government hi rahegi.
