Dear, Use Shiksha college predictor https://www.shiksha.com/b-tech/resources/upsee-college-predictor according to me you have low chances for UIET but try to sit in all rounds of counseling to get a good college.

HBTU is no longer a part of UPTU and takes admission only on the basis JEE Mains score card.

Yes, you can get UCER Allahabad but also try for other top colleges like RKGIT, IMS-Ghaziabad and Shri Ram Murti.
