Yes, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies is a great college for B.Sc and B.Com but I would suggest you to not to take admission here for these small courses. You would not want to pay more than 5 lacs for these courses. You should take admission in IMS Unison.

Yes, you can surely get admissions here they do not look at your category and they do not look at your board but if have scored well in your class 12th board then you can easily get admission here and if you are from NIOS board and you have clear university exam then you can easily get admission here. So no matter you are from which board you just have to have a great percentage and a great potential to crack the exam.

Yes, there are chances, depends that whether you are going for further studies or for job purpose, you can go for both. If for job purpose then you need to appear for the placements of foreign companies.

Without a doubt, JIIT is better among the other three.

For B.Sc MLT your marks in PCB is considered and biology is the must. If you have not studied biology in class 12th you can't apply for BMLT.

CS in UPES is better as in UPES we have 95% placement for CS students and faculty is very good.

I don't have any idea about M.Tech but for B.Tech we have 95% placements.
