The qualification required to become a PCS officer is a Graduate degree from any recognised university or institution. The Commission releases the notification every year and states the qualification required to become a PCS officer is a graduate. There is no minimum percentage for the candidates. It implies that the candidates having any percentage in the Graduation degree can apply for the UPPCS exam.
