If you passed your qualifying exam from outside UP, you can still be eligible if your parents are domiciled in UP. You'll need to upload a domicile certificate for your parents during online registration and produce it in original at the time of offline verification.

With your CRL rank of 836000 and EWS rank of 113330, your chances of getting a seat through UPTAC counseling for B.Tech in the General-EWS category are limited. Based on past trends, top engineering colleges in Uttar Pradesh such as IET, AKGEC, and KIET tend to have higher cutoff ranks, especially for sought-after branches like Computer Science and Engineering.

Physical reporting in UPTAC counselling means candidates who are allotted seats and pay the seat confirmation fee will be required to report physically to the allotted institute on the date specified per the UPTAC counselling details.

The candidates who have selected "freeze" and "float" in round 1 can participate in UPTAC round 2 counselling. Apart from that, fresh candidates who have registered and paid the fee but did not fill in any choices in round 1 can participate in round 2. Also, those candidates who did not get any seat in the UPTAC round 1 can also participate in round 2.

A candidate who opts to "float" retains their assigned seat in UPTAC counselling while remaining eligible for additional rounds of counseling. Candidates who select the "float" option may be considered for a lower preference.

A candidate who opts to "freeze" their allotted seat confirms their acceptance and does not wish to participate in subsequent rounds of UPTAC seat allotment. By choosing to freeze their seat, the candidate will not be considered for seat upgrades in the next stages of counseling. However, the category of their allotted seat may still be upgraded or changed in the upcoming stages.
