Utkal University of Culture (UUC), one of the premier universities in India, has fallen from A+ to A grade in the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) scores. The university scored 3.16 cumulative grade point average (CGPA) to secure grade A while it secured A+ grade with 3.53 CGPA in 2016. UUC focuses on practical learning and industry exposure. UUC has celebrity teachers with global experience. UUC has a library, food production room, front office laboratory, housekeeping department, and food and beverage service laboratory.

The highest package offered at Utkal University of Culture is an International placement which was about INR 1.5 Lacs per month. Many students get an International package of INR 1.2 Lakhs per month as well but the highest package remains INR 1.5 Lacs per month. Around 70% to 80% of students get placed during placements.

The average salary for M.A. at Utkal University of Culture is about Rs. 20,000 per month which comes out to Rs. 1.5 Lakhs per annum CTC (Cost to Company). Average salary of MA is always about Rs. 20 to 25 thousand.

Yes, Utkal University of Culture is a really good college in terms of placements. Placements at Utkal University of Culture are good. About 100% of students of this college secure international and national placements. This college also offers Z1 visa facilities. Even the lowest salary is about INR 10,000 per month.

The Utkal University of Culture does not accept direct admissions. Admission at this university is strictly based on merit-entrance examination or on marks scored in the qualifying examination.

Admission to Utkal University of Culture is given on the nature of courses and programs. Here is how it's divided:

Undergraduate Programs:

Eligibility: 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum percentage that varies by course

Admission: Generally merit in the qualifying exam    

Postgraduate Programs:

Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with minimum percentage varies by course.

Admission: Merit in the qualifying examination most of the time, and sometimes entrance test/interview are also part of the process.
