Utkal University of Culture offers a wide variety of programs, but perhaps its most celebrated course remains the Master of Fine Arts (MFA). It is considered one of the finest in terms of an actual full-fledged curriculum in terms of exposure to the diversity of art forms that might include painting, sculpture, and applied arts. Yes, an MCA course is offered at Utkal University through the Computer Science and Application department. The two-year degree course is divided into four semesters. The seats available in this course are 40. The university also offers a five-year integrated MCA course. Yes, Utkal University MSc is worth the investement, the few things that students and alumnis mention through the Shiksha website is that Faculty members are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful with a relevant and industry-ready curriculum that prepares students for jobs.

No, you do not have to give any entrance exam for BA LLB at Utkal University. Utkal University offers BA LLB admission based on the CLAT exam score. The top entrance exams for BA LLB in India are:

The course is offered in distance mode. CHOICE BASED CREDIT SEMESTER (CBCS) is followed. One Personal Contact Program (classes) of 10 to 12 days duration shall be held for each semester covering theory, practical, and project components as per syllabi.
The selection is on a first come first basis.
All eligible SC/ST students shall be admitted provided they take admission within the due date.
Seats are reserved as per the provision laid by PG Council, Utkal University subject to clearing the entrance test.

To get admission to BA from DDCE, Utkal University, candidates need to clear class 12th from any recognised board. Admission for distance education does not require clearing any entrance exam. Students can just fill out the application form present on the website.
