The Utkal University NEET MDS Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the MDS course and its various specialisations for all rounds and categories under the All India category. For the General AI category, the cutoff ranged from 39 to 268, according to the first and last round closing ranks. Among all the specialisations offered, MDS in Oral Surgery was the hardest course to gain admission to, with the cutoff ranging from 39 to 92 in the first and last rounds.

The Utkal University NEET PG Cutoff 2025 was released for admission to the MD and MS courses for all categories till round 2. For the General AI category, the cutoff was 407 in the first round and 89971 in the last round. The hardest and the easiest courses for this category in the last round were MD in General Medicine and MD in Physiology, respectively.

Step 1.2: Register yourself by clicking on the register button.

Step 1.3: Pay the application fee online via debit/ credit cards or net banking.

Step 1.4: Download the application form.

Step 1.5: Take a printout of the application form and fill it by entering required details.

Step 1.6: Submit the application form at the University office.

Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, Utkal University tuition fee ranges between INR 26,800 to INR 53,100. This fee is exclusive of other components such as Application Fee, Examination Fee, Security Deposit, Hostel Fee, etc. The fee is taken from the official website of the institute. However, it is still subject to change. Candidates are advised to visit the official website before applying to DDCE Odisha.

Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, Utkal University offers admission solely on the basis of the merit acquired in the qualifying exam. However, the college has specified a minimum aggregate of 50% in graduation for PG courses, and for UG, certificate, and Diploma courses, candidates must have qualified Class 12 from any recognised national or state board. Candidates with 85% typically have a decent chance at securing admission to the institute.

Directorate of Distance and Continuing Education, Utkal University offers admissions completely on the basis of merit. The institute does not require any entrance exam to offer admission to any course.
