Can you share your academic scores? 5.5 band is not easily accepted as Sweden is also very competitive. I will advice you to check university websites for admission requirements. I would suggest you retake IELTS, as your score will not be accepted by any foreign university.

You can join any multi career option job oriented program offered by some reputed institute, which would help to switch your career options in future. You don't need to hold a three year degree or 2 year Diploma to enter into the hotel industry.
Below mentioned are the job opportunities:
1. Airlines: Air hostess, Airline ticketing, Airport ground services, Ramp handling, Dangerous goods, etc.
2. Travel: Tour coordinators, Reservation staff, Airline and travel BPOs, Tour operations, Front office, Customer service, etc.

Since your aggregate marks in graduation is less than 50%, it will be very difficult for you to find a decent college. As per the AICTE and UGC guidelines, any graduate with more than 50% aggregate is eligible for MBA.
