For sure an MBA has better and larger placement options.Major differences between MBA and PGDM are as follows :
MBA/MMS is offered by 'Universities' or 'Colleges that are affiliated to Universities' or Central Body directly under the Indian Govt while PGDM/PGP is offered by individual colleges and IIM's.
Fees is high in case of PGDM/PGP as compared to MMS/MBA.
PGDM is much more flexible in terms of syllabus as syllabus is not bounded by a particular university.

BBA in aviation is a better option. BBA in aviation operations programme aims to create skilled professionals for the aviation sector and allied fields of travel and tourism. According to the International Air Transport Association (IATA), India is the fastest-growing aviation market. So, I think BBA in aviation management is a very good option. I can suggest you some very good colleges for BBA in aviation management:
Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University [YCMOU], Nashik
UPES, Dehradun
Aptech Aviation & Hospitality Academy [AHA], Baroda
Galgotias University [GU], Greater Noida
International Career Academy [ICA], New Delhi
