Candidates must pass three-year bachelor's degree from any recognised university with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for SC/ ST) with Mathematics at Class 12 or graduation level to apply for MCA at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology.

NIET Noida offers M.Tech for Working Professionals in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering. Candidates can apply for M.Tech after completing graduation.

NIET Greater Noida offers M.Tech for two-years at the PG level. The course is divided into four semesters. The institute offers M.Tech in below specialisations:
