Once you select 'Pay' option, you are directed for payment via credit/debit card/net banking. After the payment is successful, you get a payment confirmation slip. Keep it for your reference. There is no cancellation option fore end users after payment is made. If there is a duplicate payment, go to the admin/finance/accounts department for a refund with transaction/bank statement proof. The refund will take 8-15 working dates, depending on issuing banks policies.
