VVIT University BTech admission criteria is as below:
- Class 12 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and a minimum aggregate of 60% (55% for SC/ ST) from a recognised board
- VVIT University Admission Test 2026 or
- 60 percentile and above in JEE Main or
- Valid rank in State Government recognised entrance test for Engineering

Yes, final year students can apply for VVIT University admissions. But, such students will have to submit the marksheet/ proof of degree before classes start. Till then, the admission will remain provisional.

VVIT University admissions are both merit and entrance-based depending on the course. Students are however, mainly selected on entrance basis only. VVIT University accepts national and state-level exams. For BTech, students can appear for the VVITAT as well.

VVIT University eligibility is different for each course. Students have to meet the basic eligibility requirements to get admission. The general eligibility for Vasireddy Venkatadri International Technological University courses is as below:
- VVIT University UG eligibility - Class 12 with relevant subjects from a recognised board
- VVIT University PG eligibility - UG degree or equivalent from a recognised university
