Yes, VIT Bhopal does have biotech courses, but let me make one thing clear. this is newest campus of VIT, and last year, students got CSE below INR 1 lakh rank easily, and I think it is not better option to take admission in Bhopal campus, because fees structure is similar to VIT Vellore and Chennai campus somewhat. And, it's infrastructure is not fully completed, and still it is under development.

If you think to take admission in VIT, then you should refer Vellore or Chennai campus now, and if you are not getting this campus, then you should try other university or college.

As VIT-Bhopal was established in 2017, the cut-off will be low but not as low as you are mentioning. But I think you can get Bhopal or Amravati Campus. I will suggest you to see for other good colleges in your area like Jaipur or other good colleges in Bhopal, Indore and cities around you. If you have given JEE Mains then you can also go through that process. But mean while for B.Tech admissions in VIT, you are eligible they are taking rank upto 1.5 Lacs and above so you are eligible but you will get which stream it is hard to tell. I will suggest if you don't get your desired branch please don't take any branch just to study at VIT-Bhopal. You can try for other good colleges. Fill JEE Mains counselling round form and take part in that process also.
