No, having a 60% in class 12th won't make the admission to Vinayaka Missions University's MBA program. To be eligible you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  •  Hold a Bachelors degree in a field from an university.
  • Achieve 50% marks in the qualifying exam (45% if you belong to a reserved category).
  • Clear any of these entrance exams; Common Admission Test (CAT), Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT), or Common Management Admission Test (CMAT).

Passed Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying Examination.

Only the college concern department can assist you with this kind of problem.So get in touch with the examination department at your college or university. They will help you understand why your one subject is missing more precisely.They will also make you aware of other options. But generally speaking, you can request for a supplemental exam, which will happen at regular time, meaning you can appear with your juniors and pass that subject, assuming your marks are excluded.Be mindful and stay in contact with your college's examination department since you must fill out a separate examination form prior to attending.
