The distribution of these scholarships is done via an in-house scholarship test, i.e., VSAT. Students who wish to avail scholarship must appear for the test. Moreover, the scholarship amount depends on the scores obtained by the students in the VSAT exam.

No, Virohan: Rustomjee, Thane does not refund any fees if a student wishes to withdraw his/her admission. Students must note that as per the institute's fee refund policy, all fees and charges are nonrefundable, including but not limited to:
- Tuition Fees
- Late Fees
- Registration Fees
However, in case the batch is cancelled at the discretion of the institute, the students are eligible for a refund of fees. Those who wish to get the refund must make a request by contacting the Virohan's student support team.
