The total seats offered for B.E. / B.Tech at MIT-WPU and Vishwakarma Institute of Technology are 1839 and 1440, respectively. While MIT-WPU offers this course in 26 specialisations, Vishwakarma Institute of Technology offers the same in 13 specialisations. Hence, there are higher chances of getting a seat at MIT-WPU due to higher seats.

Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering and Vishwakarma Institute of Technology both are renowned universities for B.E. / B.Tech. However, in terms of affordability, Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering is a better option since the total tuition fee for Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering is INR 360,000 - INR 497,388 and the total tuition fee for B.E. / B.Tech at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology is INR 487,824 - INR 650,432.

Indeed, there are management tickets available that allow you to enter VIT Pune directly. A 20% quota seat is set aside for management, and branch-specific capitation fees apply to B.Tech students.
It's important to keep in mind that in order to get admitted, a student must have appeared in the MH-CET or JEE Mains and have a higher than 50% HSC percentage, including PCM Group.
