Hi Jasraj,
The VIT ranking mentioned of your son is not up to the mark for securing admission in CSE/ME/CE/EC at VIT in the first category. However, he may get admission in the subsequent categories but that will also incur you higher fees. So, If your son has a good preparation till date for BITSAT

VIT University will conduct the VITEEE 2018 counselling in offline mode for qualified candidates from May 9 to 11, 2018 for Phase I. The counselling of VITEEE 2018 for Phase II will be held from May 14 to 18. However, the counselling of VITEEE only at VIT Bhopal Campus for Phase II will be held on M
