You have got a descent rank but it would not be sufficient to fetch you a integrated M.Tech seat in software engineering under category 1 at Vellore campus of VIT. You can possibly get it in second category but chances of it are slim as seats are limited and mentioned course is most common choice in integrated programme. The best possible options are:
Integrated CSE at Vellore (1 or2)
Integrated CSE with specialisation in Data Science at Vellore (Category 1 most probably else in second category)
Integrated CSE at Chennai (category 1)
Integrated CSE with specialisation in business system at Chennai (Category 1)

Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) conducts the VIT Engineering Entrance Exam VITEEE for admission into the B.Tech programs at the VIT Vellore, VIT Chennai, VIT-Andhra Pradesh, and VIT Bhopal campuses. It is difficult to get VIT Andhra Pradesh on this rank under category 1. The chances of ME, Civil and Electrical are high.

VITEEE exam is same as the pattern of JEE Mains
The MPC student has Maths Physics and Chemistry English subjects for exam. You need to learn all the topics from your 12th.
1. Note the important topics
2. All are formula based answer so revise all the formula
3. Prepare the concept well
4. Maintain same time all subjects because every subject is. Important. All the best for your exam.

Around 18000-20000 rank under 1st category is required in VITEEE to get admission in VIT Vellore at least. For the CSE branch, 5000-6000 rank is required. So prepare accordingly. All the best. For a free seat, you need to be the topper in your 12th board exams. There are other fee waivers too for the rank holders of the VITEEE exams. If you missed the concealing process there is an option for second concealing. To apply for the second concealing in time before the deadline.

VIT is the best option. Don't confuse, the placement are also good when compared to other. Choose wisely don't confuse.
