State topper means the top scorer of the state board examination. Suppose exam conducted for 1000 marks and the highest score is 990. Then student with 990 marks will be the topper. It may be more than one also if other students have also scored same marks. But in the competitive exam ranking may change even though two people get the same marks. Like in the IIT entrance exam, they give weightage to particular subject wise marks followed by age and many other factors they had included to differentiate.

Once the counseling is over, not a problem, you can go some other time, but all the seats will be filled so you have to take any branch seat under category 5 if you attend counselling.

No, VIT conducts entrance exam for only B.Tech and M.Tech programmes. For all other UG courses the admission is based on class 12th. Go to VIT official website and apply soon with your class 12th marks.

Class XII scores are not a factor that influences the VIT Vellore's admission process. VITEEE is the only way you can get an admission. I hope this helps.

VITEEE Counselling 2017 The counselling dates of VITEEE 2017 for Phase II have been announced by VIT University. While counselling for VITEEE 2017 phase I will be conducted from May 10 to 12 as per candidates ranks, counselling for Phase II will be conducted between May 15 and May 22. As per your rank, you will get top branches in VIT-Vellore and as far as counselling money is concerned, it is refundable.
