VOCLET

Candidates can apply for VOCLET 2026 on the website, scvtwb.in. The application fee is Rs 450, and for valid Kanyashree enrollees, it is Rs 225.

The VOCLET exam has been discontinued. Admissions are now offered based on the candidate's merit in the qualifying examination.

VOCLET 2024 exam will be conducted tentatively in June 2024. The application process has started for VOCLET 2024. The eligible candidates can apply for VOCLET 2024 until the last date. The authority released the information brochure on the official website, which contains all the details regarding the eligibility criteria, application process, etc.

The conducting authority for VOCLET 2024 is the West Bengal State Council of Technical Education. The website for VOCLET admission process is scvtwb.in. It is portal for West Bengal State Council of Technical & Vocational Education and Skill Development. Now, exam has been discontinued. Earlier, students used to go to this website for application process, result and counselling.

JEXPO process is held for 1st year Diploma courses in engineering and technology, while VOCLET process is for lateral entry into 2nd year Diploma courses in engineering and technology. For VOCLET, students need Class 12 certificate of Science stream or ITI certificate. JEXPO  is for new students wanting to start diploma program.

The VOCLET exam is conducted by the West Bengal Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Council. There is no age limit, but a candidate should be an Indian citizen and have passed or appeared in a 10+2 examination. The VOCLET 2024 application form will be available in online mode only. 

VOCLET 2025 registration will commence online at the official website. The last date to apply for VOCLET will be notified later. VOCLET is the state-level entrance exam through which candidates can get admission to second-year Diploma courses in Engineering/Technology offered in the state of West Bengal.

There is no age limit to apply for VOCLET 2025. Candidates who have passed the Class 10+2 examination or equivalent examination with physics/mathematics/chemistry/computer science/electronics/information technology/biology/informatics practices/biotechnology/technical vocational subject/agriculture/engineering graphics/business studies/entrepreneurship. OR 
Passed H.S. (Vocational) examination of the West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development. OR
Passed 10+2 years ITI (continuous) in annual system or symester system (Appearing ITI candidates are not eligible).

VOCLET exam has five subjects namely Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, English, and General Aptitude.The authority will prepare question paper from all these subjects. Total questions asked in the exam will be100 and duration of the exam is two hours. From each Physics and Chemistry subjects twenty questions will be asked. 10 questions from English and General Aptitude. Also, 40 questions from Mathematics.
