Maths is an important subject and counted in every entrance exam. Like if you wants to go in engineering stream than your three main subjects (PCM) will be counted as qualifying exam and without passing it you can not appear in any entrance exam. Hence, you have to give it again.

Yes, you can apply for the course if you have passed 10+2 with 60% and you should have secured at least 50% in English.

I can help you with maths. For maths, I'll suggest you buy S. N. DE. This is completely based on WB HS syllabus and it's a good book. I practised a few chapters from that so that I can be assured about that. For other subjects, I'm not sure but my WB board friends/acquaintances used to follow Chhaya Prakashani books.

It is really sad to know that you failed in physics. But don't lose hope. There are a no. of career options available to you. But you need to mention your field of interest so that get a rough idea that in which direction you need guidance.
