If you are unable to download your WBJEE JECA admit card, you are first advised to:
Check your internet connectivity. If they do not have any issue with their internet connection, then -
Reload the official website and attempt log in again. Due to heavy traffic, you may initially encounter difficulties accessing their hall ticket.
If you are still unable to download the hall ticket, then you must contact the exam authorities.

The WBJEE JECA test centres will be made available online. Cities where the entrance test will be held can be viewed through the WBJEE JECA test centres. The WBJEE JECA will be held in different centres located across different districts of West Bengal. While making the application, the applicants need to choose their desired test zones for the entrance test.

While filling out the WBJEE JECA application form, you will be given the choice to pick the preferred exam centres. The choice of exam cities must be filled in order of preference. As the preferences will be taken into account for centre allotment, the candidates are requested to ensure that they check their order of preferences thoroughly. WBJEE JECA exam centres will be assigned based on the preferences of the candidate and availability of seats at the given centre.

No. you will not be permitted to request alteration of the allocated exam centre in the WBJEE JECA admit card. Once the exam centres are allocated, the authorities will not entertain any request for alteration. Hence, the applicants are requested to verify their preferred exam centres given in the WBJEE JECA application form thoroughly before filling the application form. Allocation of exam centres is given according to the preference of the applicants and availability at the centre.

When reporting at the exam centre, the candidates will be required to bring with them their WBJEE JECA hall ticket and one original proof of identity.
One of the following proofs of identity can be submitted before the authorities at the centre - Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Passport/PAN Card/School ID or any Govt. authorized photo proof of identity. If the proof of identity is not submitted, the candidates will be prohibited from attempting the exam.

Yes. As per the official WBJEE JECA exam pattern, there is a negative marking for wrong answers. For Category I questions, 1/4th of the mark will be deducted for wrong answers. There is no negative marking for Category II questions. Because in Category I there is negative marking, the candidates should be cautious while giving answers.

As per the official marking scheme of WBJEE JECA, the candidates will be marked according to the category in which the question lies.
Category I: One mark will be awarded for the correct answer. For each wrong answer in Category I, 1/4th mark will be deducted.
Category II: Two marks will be awarded for each correct answer. There is no negative marking for Category II.
