Hello Ship,
No, you cannot take admission in any IIT's or IIEST via WBJEE, via WBJEE you can get state funded government colleges of West Bengal like Jadavpur university, Kalyani, etc.

Hello Spandan,
As per your college's preferences, it will be better for you to move forward with ECE at VIT-Vellore,as VIT- Vellore is one of the finest private colleges in India due to good infrastructure better exposure and very good placements, so go for it only.

Yes, in MHCET or WBJEE they have 15% seats for other states students and 85% seats are reserved for home state students, so you really need to score well for top colleges.

BIT, Kolkata don't offer admission through WBJEE.
BIT, Kolkata offers admission through JEE Mains marks via its own counselling procedure for all of its other extension centres.
