If 5164 is your general rank and you belong to SC category, then govt. colleges of West Bengal with agriculture engineering are under your range.

Yes, you can take admission in Heritage without giving JEE Mains and WBJEE through management quota seats.

Hi Sunny,
You should go through opening and closing rank of WBJEE colleges so that you will be able to know the appropriate colleges. And if you don't get a good college in 1st round, then there is a option of float by which you can get a better college according to your college counselling list.

No, you should not take drop for CS in Techno India specially. If you are taking drop then you should take your chances for some much better colleges.

It is tough to get CSE as CSE is demanding branch in engineering. So many students want to take this branch and college also try to give CSE to students whose rank is less but try and check the college by this link:
