It totally depends on the difficulty of the question paper of WBJEE 2018, if you have scored 60, maybe, the rank will be about within 18000-20000, maybe different, it depends on the cut-off of the year.

You might come across certain difficulties in dropping 2 years as with your age you won't be able to apply to some colleges. You should consider you age as a factor first and if you think you can do well by dropping twice you should go ahead with your plan.

Jadavpur University also offers admission on the basis of JEE performance. For this you need to apply on online counselling portal JOSAA. JOSAA is host by any one of the NIT each year. It proceed the online admission and seat allotment of student on the basis of rank in JEE.
