Not possible as if you go for Compart exam and the result of Compart exam came so late that your counseling in following college is over so after the result of Compart you can't take admission here so you have to try in Private college.

Yes, definitely, you can. Get a seat in the college you mentioned. But apart from that, just a piece of advice. You can get much better colleges with that rank, considering you are of SC category. Go ahead and make a wise choice among the best possible.

You have got a good rank but you won't get a good government college under WBJEE with this rank. However, you may get top private colleges for CSE or IT at this rank like:
