Hi Rittik Kumar Sinha,
WBJEE Result 2017 will be declared in online mode for all applicants on June 5, 2017. The scores/marks obtained by the applicants in the entrance examination will be available in WBJEE 2017 Result.
The WBJEE result 2017 will be published in the form of Rank Cards and will consist of all the relevant ranks, total score and component scores in both the papers of the entrance examination.
Ranks will be allotted to all of those applicants who participated in the entrance examination.

You cannot get admission in a government engineering college. Try for private institutes.

Minimum 90-100 marks can secure you to a good government college, because all government colleges are also not good. Better try for private college. You can get IEM or Heritage College.

B.Tech will be a better option than going for B.Pharm. A wide range of job opportunities and better salary packages are available after B.Tech. But if you are interested in medical field then you may go for B.Pharm.
