The WBJEE merit list will be prepared to allot ranks to the students who have qualified the exam. The scores obtained in the exam will be used to prepare the merit list. There will be two merit lists – General Merit Rank List and Pharmacy Merit Rank List.

No, the WBJEE result will be downloadable in the form of rank card. The students will have to log in to access the result. Once the result is displayed on the screen, they will be able to download it as a WBJEE rank card, which will be needed during the admission process.

Yes, the students will be required to pay a fee to raise objections against the provisional WBJEE answer key. For every objection, the students will have to pay INR 500. The mode of fee payment is online, i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.

To check the provisional WBJEE answer key, the candidates will have to log in using their application number and password. After logging in, the WBJEE answer key will be displayed, which can be downloaded for future use. The authorities will not use any other mode to release the answer key.

The WBJEE 2026 answer key dates are yet to be released. Candidates will have to log in using their application number and password to access and download the provisional key. The correct responses to the question paper will be available through the WBJEE answer key. Candidates can use the provisional key to check the correct responses to the exam questions.

Students will have to carry one original valid ID proof to the WBJEE exam centre along with the admit card. For the ID proof, the students can show their Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Passport/School ID/PAN Card or any Govt. approved identity proof. No photocopies will be accepted.

While reporting at the WBJEE exam centre, the students are advised not to carry any electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, smart watches, etc. No printed or textual materials will be allowed inside the centre. If the students are found with any prohibited item inside the centre, they will not be allowed to continue with the exam.

If the students find any mistake in their WBJEE admit card, then they should immediately contact the authorities to get it corrected. However, the allotted exam centre cannot be changed. Students are advised not to raise any requests to change the allotted centres.
