However, at this juncture, I would like to put in a word of caution. These predictors normally work based on the choices of students of the previous years and extrapolating them to the scenario of the current year. If the choices given by students this year vary widely then perhaps there could be some error in the predictions made by the predictor. But on the whole, these predictors give quite reasonably correct predictions based on which you can at least plan your action when the actual counselling takes place and you are required to give your choices even before the counselling begins.
