Yes you can appear in WBJEE and yes you need to travel to west Bengal for exam as only Bengal government conduct this exam.

Hello, The West Bengal Joint Examination Board (WBJEEB) will begin advising on WBJEE 2022 after the announcement of the result. The trial officer will soon release the WBJEE 2022 counseling plan on the official website. Candidates for the WBJEE election must complete the registration to participate in the counseling process. The eligibility criteria of B.Pharma of WBJEE is given below. Eligibility criteria for admission to Pharmacy courses :
