The cutoff varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff which can help you in figuring out the appropriate college.

Hello,
For admission into Jadavpur University you need to take WBJEE exam and score very well in that, so any rank less than 300 is considered safe for getting CSE there.

CAT is the most important part of the question paper. Start sketching and develop your own style of sketching and coloring. I can not stress this enough. Good drawing skills are very important. How you present/draw your ideas is just as important as the idea itself.Keep reading the newspaper (especially around November-December) It'll help you in GK part of GAT and help you generate better ideas.
