GCCBA, Kolkata is quite better than KIIT School of Management. Here are a few reasons:
1.GCCBA established in 1905 and KIIT School of management in 2003 so KIIT is new and GCCBA is old so obviously there are some good things in GCCBA that's why this college is running since a long time.
2.Fee Structur

West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE) conducts JLET examination for 3 years Diploma student. If you qualify the exam and get a good rank, you can easily get admission in a good college for B.Tech lateral entry program.

St. Xavier's has a better brand name than Sinhgad Institutes. For BBA in Aviation, Bangalore city is better as it has good facilities and placements. You can also choose Hyderabad for BBA in Aviation. Mostly placements are done from Bangalore and Hyderabad in Aviation Industry.

I will give the review about (through my personal experience) ABS as I am in the 3rd semester and my specialisation is HR. I have got so many opportunities for my placement and few of my friends got placed in good firms with a high package.
So, I will suggest that you join ABS.

It all depends on how many students who have scored more than you also apply. Your marks though appear to be reasonable. You must apply.

You can join any business school for MBA in HR, but as you have mentioned about HR, then I would suggest you to go for MHRM program and not MBA or PGDM. IISWBM has MHRM and XISS is also very good for pursuing HR.
