You cannot pursue LLB. To do LLB, you need to complete your graduation first. The second option is 5 years LLB after 12th
NUJS-Kolkata is the best institute but you need to clear CLAT. There are many institutes under Kolkata University for which you can apply but most of them offer 3-year law course, so you need to complete the graduation.

Government colleges in West Bengal do not accept JEE Mains scor5e. They conduct their own exam called WBJEE, so you have to score good marks in WBJEE to get admission here.

It will be very difficult for you to get into NIT, Durgapur at this rank. You should try government colleges in Madhya Pradesh and Uttarakhand. I think you may get one there.

Hello Amarthya,
For IEM you need to score less than 4000 rank in WBJEEE or less than 40000 rank in JEE Mains, if you find yourself in any of the categories you will easily get CSE at IEM.
