If the candidate doesn’t accept the seat allocated to him or her, the allotment will be canceled.

Also, the seat in that case will be allocated to the candidate next in the order of merit.

So, it is the responsibility of the candidate to pay the seat-acceptance fee by the given deadline.

To participate in the seat allotment process, the candidate must have qualified in the exam.

The seat allotment to various design courses will be based on:

  • The merit rank of the candidate in the entrance exam

  • The seat intake for the applied program

  • Options selected by the candidate

The scorecard will be valid for the current academic session only. So, using the scorecard, you will be able to get admission in the 2025-25 academic session.

You can’t use the scorecard for admission in the next session.

The results will be declared online at the admission portal of the institute. 

To check your results, you need to go to the portal and follow these steps:

  1. Click on the result link

  2. A log-in window will open

  3. Enter your log-in credentials

  4. On log-in, you can download the scorecard.

Download and take a printout of the scorecard.

The result will be released online. The scorecard will carry the following information.

  • The name and roll number of the candidate

  • Sectional score

  • Overall score

  • WWI exam 2025 Merit rank

The scorecard will be available for download in pdf format. Download and take a printout.

The exam officials will not release any draft answer key.

However, if it decides to release the answer key, the same will be updated here.

In case the draft key is released, it will contain details like the answer key code for each question.

The candidate will also be allowed to challenge the draft key in some cases.

Exam officials will not release any draft answer key for .

Also, with no answer keys being released, their will be no option to challenge it as well.

The exam officice will directly release the exam results on its admission portal. You can check your results by logging into the result portal.

No, the candidate is not allowed to carry electronic gadgets inside the exam hall.

Any candidate who is found in possession of such items may be disqualified. 

So, don’t carry such items inside the exam hall. Follow the guidelines issued by the exam conducting authority.

The admit card will include the date and timings of the exam. It will also have the reporting time.

You need to reach the exam centre as per the reporting time.

Note that latecomers may not be allowed inside the exam hall.

So, carefully note the reporting time.

Yes, you need to bring a valid photo ID proof on exam day. Without the ID, the candidate will not be allowed inside the exam hall.

The id proof must be displayed when the invigilator asks for it.

You also need to bring the admit card and follow the exam guidelines.
