I am an NRI. Should I first complete GMAT exam and then give XAT or can I directly apply for XAT exam?

NRI and foriegn students can apply in XAT through GMAT. You need to first complete GMAT, and based on it’s score you will be selected.

What will be my XAT percentile, my score is 22.95? In which college can I get admission with the same?

Your score suggests very low percentile and unfortunately, you cannot get a good college at this score. You are better advised to try out next year or appear for other exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT, etc.
