You can get admission in a private college but to get admissions in a government and a reputed college, you have to clear exam. Below mentioned are the best colleges:
1. Narayana B-school.
2. United World B-school. You have to visit the campus and get the information that will they take direct admission or not.

No, because Bennet University is recently opened. Go for university which has more good placements and is established many years ago.

Can you please clearly mention your percentile? It will help me in giving you a better opinion. If you don't wish to disclose it, then it's fine. Anyway, your scores in 10th, 12th are not so bad. Your marks should not be an issue for you to get admission into XLRI.

Hello! If you want to pursue MBA full-time then you need to appear for at least one of the several entrance exams whose scores are considered by the colleges for their respective admission processes. There is no other way one can get admission in a reputed college apart from it.

Unfortunately, 31 percentile is too low a score to secure admission in a good MBA college. Please refer to the link provided below for a list of MBA colleges in Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmadabad and Bangalore. My advice to you would be to appear for the other MBA entrance exams like MAT, CMAT, SNAP, etc., to secure admission in a top MBA college. You can use the filters on the web page to navigate to a college of your choice.
There are 41 MBA colleges in Ahmedabad: https://www.shiksha.com/mba/colleges/mba-colleges-Ahmedabad
There are 173 MBA colleges in Pune:

Hello Vijaya, Some of the exams that you mentioned are not even required to study abroad. But, if you are planning for MBA then GMAT or the GRE is required. There are other requirements attached as well, you have to be more specific with your desired programme of study for better guidance.
