XAT exam is for Xavier’s colleges in India, especially for XLRI, Jamshedpur. It is amongst India’s top 5 colleges. GMAT is the exam to get admission in top MBA colleges. There are few top colleges in India accepting XAT and GMAT.

To be honest, top B-schools won't entertain you if you have less than 50% marks in graduation.
However, you can try Tier-3 B-schools with MAT score.
