Sure you will. Call for XLRI is solely based on your XAT score. After that, for your final selection, your academic performance may be judged. However, you should not worry much about your academic performance. If you do good in the interview process, then you are most probably selected for XLRI.

A common preparation will do for both CAT and XAT exam. XAT exam is generally conducted in January.
