If you haven't received XET Xavier's guide and sample paper in your email, first check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes, these emails get filtered there. If you still can't find it, try these steps:

  1. Verify the email address you entered while downloading.
  2. Wait for 15 to 30 minutes, as sometimes the email is delayed.
  3. If you still haven't received it, contact their official support for helpdesk, or check their website for an alternative download link.

If necessary, try downloading it again using a different browser or device.
