However, once a candidate has submitted their complete application along with relevant documents and test score required, it takes Xavier a time span of four weeks to take a decision and send admission offers.

Prospective students of Xavier University can apply either through Xavier applications or the Common Application, which are available on the university's official website. Xavier University mostly accepts rolling applications and for majority courses, the university does not demand any application fee. In order to avail advantageous merit scholarship package and to meet deadlines for Honors and Competitive Scholarship consideration, international students must apply to Xavier University by December 1, 2024 for the 2025 intake.
