St. Francis Xavier University is a well' known university for its academic performance and the excellent facilities. The univesiy has secured the rank of 1201- 1500th in the World University Ranking by the Times Higher Education.

Yes, Xavier University offers a BTech programme. It is a four-year UG-level course, and it is divided into eight semesters. The university offers BTech as well as BTech (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering. Admission to the BTech programme is based on candidates’ performance in the Xavier Engineering Selection Test (XEST) or a valid score from JEE Main. Scoring 85 on TOEFL is less of minimum score required to get into St. Francis Xavier University in UG and PG programs. Minimum score of 90 in TOEFL with at least 20 in each subsection is mandatory in this university.
Although 85 might not meet minimum requirement for TOEFL, students must also keep in mind few things. Few courses within university might have higher score requirements compared to general minimum set by institution. Hence one should inquire with specific department one is applying to regarding any additional requirements they may have.
