Yes, Xavier University believes that student employment is an extension of the educational experience and thus allows students to work while studying as long as they fulfill the following criteria listed below:
- Student is enrolled full-time at Xavier during the Academic year;
- They work up to 20 hours per week (all positions combined) during the academic year; and
- They work a maximum of 25 hours per week (all positions combined) during breaks and the summer semester. Exceptions to work more than 25 hours during the summer semester may be available for some positions.

Yes, Xavier Uni offers a range of merit-based scholarships to their UG international students, that are based on an applicant's academic performance and holistic review of their application and materials. This merit-based scholarship starts at $22,000 per academic year and is renewable for all four years of undergraduate study. Students must note that Xavier offers a generous scholarship package to all admitted students, however, this will not cover the entirety of the costs to attend the university.

Since the application accepted are rolling, the decision are also out on a rolling basis. However, once a candidate has submitted their complete application along with relevant documents and test score required, it takes Xavier a time span of four weeks to take a decision and send admission offers.
