You can do the double B.E/B.Tech after completing one. M.E/M.Tech is another option through GATE because you can change here the streams also. So keeping you work profile in consideration, you should opt for part time B.E/B.Tech courses if available nearby you. There are so many of Colleges in Maharashtra offering the Part Time B.E/B.Tech courses. Granting the benefits of your previous degree is depends upon the colleges how they considered this. However on the basis of your previous degree, you deserved for admission in 2nd year of course.

Student Can Complete their Distance BA in One Year Mumbai from UGC Recognise University on Behalf of Credit Transfer. Student those have completed 3 years Diploma after class 10th will be eligible for the Second year through Lateral Entry.

It is absolutely not necessary to learn German if you are interested in the Bachelor's/Master's degree in Germany. More than 150 Bachelor programs and around 1000 master degree programs are currently being offered in English language. Germany as a country has a diverse population of many cultures.
